Find your morning

THE MORNCUE MORNING GUIDE

What are you waking up for?

The early shift. A little time for yourself. A morning that starts before your partner’s. Your reason is personal. Your alarm can be, too.

WakeBand delivers vibration at your wrist, with two intensity levels and up to three alarms. Find a starting point for your own routine.

01 / SHARED BEDROOMS

Same bed. Different starts.

You’re reaching for work clothes while they still have an hour to sleep. A wrist-worn alarm keeps the cue close to you and can help reduce the sound of a shared-room wake-up.

Make it your routine: lay out what you need the night before, then test the band’s fit and vibration with your partner. Vibration may still be noticeable through bedding or contact.

02 / EARLY SHIFTS & COMMUTES

Your day starts before the house does.

The opening shift. The first train. The drive before sunrise. Put a personal wake-up cue at your wrist when your schedule asks for an early start.

Make it your routine: check the displayed time and your alarm settings before bed. Try WakeBand on a low-pressure morning and keep a backup until you know how you respond.

03 / THE MORNING YOU CHOOSE

The workout. The coffee. The quiet.

Some mornings start early because you want them to. Give that run, reading time, or unhurried breakfast a place in your schedule, with a wake-up cue you can feel.

Make it your routine: choose one small reason to get up and prepare for it before bed. WakeBand supplies the alarm; the morning is yours to shape.

04 / WHEN SOUND GETS MISSED

Try a cue you can feel.

If you sleep through sound, wrist vibration offers a different kind of signal. Choose between two intensity levels and test how you respond.

Start with a trial morning: waking response varies. WakeBand cannot guarantee that every sleeper will wake, so keep a backup alarm while you find your settings.

One routine or two?

Solo WakeBand: one band for your own wake-up.

WakeBand Duo: one band each when two people want their own alarms and vibration settings. Sharing a bedroom alone doesn’t mean you need two.
